Listen to Episode Ep. 30 HERE!
Hi there! Welcome to Episode 30 of Confessions of a Serial Entrepreneur! I am so grateful that you tuned in today and I am super excited to chat with you about focusing on tasks that move the needle forward both in business and in motherhood!
Before we dive in, I have to ask you a question. Do you ever feel like you can’t get ahead in running your business or raising your babies? Do you feel like you’re doing all the things, putting in all the hours, and still feel like you can’t move the needle forward?
I’ll confess that when I started my first business, this is exactly how I felt. I didn’t know what to do first, I didn’t know who to hire to help me (heck I wasn’t even in a place to hire people), and I didn’t know where to find the right people to point me in the right directions. I knew there had to be an easier way but I had no idea what it was.
I felt as if I was floundering in my business and in raising my children and I honestly was about to throw in the towel on all of it.
But that’s the thing about children. You can’t give up on them and for me, not giving up on them also meant not giving up on myself or my business. I felt like I owed it to them to figure it out and I did. It wasn’t easy. It took a lot of long hours and hard work and most days I still feel like I’m in those same trenches, but I have learned so much and grew even more in the past two decades and I want to share some of those takeaways with you!
In this episode you’ll hear all about:
- Why as mothers we feel like we can never get ahead.
- Tips for moving the needle forward in your business.
- Strategies for staying afloat in your motherhood.
Whether you are trying to move the needle forward in your business or your motherhood, I hope this episode has been encouraging to you. You can be both super mom and successful entrepreneur and I hope you know I am always cheering for you! I encourage you to take some time after this episode and make a plan to put some of these tips into action! Your business and our family will be forever strengthened because of it!
