Can you believe that this is my 100th episode? I know I can’t! 

If only you knew how many times I almost canceled this podcast simply because I didn’t think I was worthy. It’s possibly been a 100 times. With each and every episode I let the enemy tell me that my work and my voice isn’t needed. And then someone tunes in and tells me how something I said or a guest I had on the show helped to transform their way of thinking and I’m reminded why this work is so important. 

As mothers and wives and business owners it’s so easy to get defeated and begin thinking things about ourselves that just aren’t true. And that’s why I’m here. 100 episodes later showing up every Wednesday to remind you that you are worthy, your work is worth it, and the world needs what you have to offer! 

Over the past two years of hosting a podcast I thought I was showing up here to teach you what I’ve learned about life and business but I’ve found that I’ve learned a thing or two along the way as well. And I thought I’d take the next few episodes to recap all of those lessons with you!
