Whether your kiddos are headed back to school or you’re preparing for another year of homeschooling, you are going to want to get your hands on what I call my, “back-to-school basics.”

We’ve been oiling up for all occasions for the past decade and I can honestly say that we notice a huge difference when we aren’t using them. So let’s set our kids up for success this school year with my favorite back-to-school recipes!

BACK TO SCHOOL BASICS:

BRAVE ROLLER

Encourage feelings of bravery and confidence as your child enters a brand new grade. With so much looking completely different than it has in the past, there may be feelings of worry or fear creeping up in their little brains. Help them feel calm and confident with this simple roller recipe:

In a 10ml Roller bottle add:

8 drops Orange EO

5 drops Frankincense EO

8 drops Valor EO 

Fill with a carrier oil 

Simply apply it to their wrists and the back of their necks and allow them to inhale the sweet scent as they melt away any concerns!   

WAKE-UP DIFFUSER BLEND

Whether you’re sending your kids out the door each morning or gathering around the dining room table, be sure to have your diffuser running as you start the day! This invigorating fresh morning scent will surely help to wake those sleepy eyes and get everyone ready for a successful day ahead! 

Fill your diffuser with water and add:

6 drops Peppermint EO

2 drops Lime EO

3 drops Bergamot EO 

And if you’re homeschooling this year, feel free to keep this blend pumping all day long to keep those spirits high!
