There are many things I have found to help the side effects of perimenopause, but today I’m sharing my favorite “quick fix” for my sanity!
PERIMENOPAUSE SANITY ROLLER
Add 10 drops of each oil to a 10ml roller bottle:

Fill with a carrier oil of choice and roll on your forearms and neck.
