So how do I do it?
GETTING YOUR HOME + BUSINESS BACK IN ORDER
- Drink more water – This is a great way to stay healthy and hydrated. And when your body is well, you’re going to be more likely to have the energy needed to get back into busy routines.
- Move your body – This is a great way to reduce stress and sleep better. Two things that are so important to staying focused on all you have to accomplish.
- Get more sleep – Setting a sleep and wake schedule is a great way to help you feel energized to complete your daily tasks.
- Prioritize daily routines – Look at your calendar each night to prepare for the next day. Phone timers are a great way to help you stay focused and never miss a thing!
