It’s back to school and back to sports here in the Koehler household and things are BUSY! With 3 kids involved in what feels like a million different things, it’s hard to keep it all straight. But I honestly live for this season. I love seeing my kids thrive in their individual sporting events and I love getting to be their biggest cheerleader. And as their biggest fan, I feel as if it’s up to me to see that they do their best. Which is exactly why I created a list of game-changers for kids’ sports season.

In a 10ml Roller bottle add:

8 drops Orange EO

5 drops Frankincense EO

8 drops Valor EO 

Fill with carrier oil 

Simply apply it to their wrists and the back of their necks and allow them to inhale the sweet scent as they melt any concerns away!   

Wake-Up Diffuser Blend
