Do you struggle with feeling overwhelmed simply because there seems to always be so much on your plate? I know I do. As a mom and an entrepreneur, I usually feel like I can never keep up. Especially as we enter the Fall season of back to school and back to sports. It wasn’t until this year that I finally started to find a rhythm that worked for all of us and I am really excited to share those in this episode of The Melissa Koehler Show!

Caring for your kids is a lot like running a business. You need routines, structure, and goals, or else everything just feels chaotic. Trust me. I know this because I lived it for so long. However, I started to become more organized and structured with how I raised my kiddos and suddenly found more joy in motherhood.
If we are constantly busy and feeling pulled in a million different directions, we are never going to simplify our motherhood and we certainly aren’t going to feel as if everyone is healthy. But if we can implement rhythms and routines that help our day-to-day occurrences run smoothly, that’s when we’re finally going to feel free from the pressures of doing it all.
We’re moms. We’re always going to be the ones doing it all, but we can do it in ways that get the whole family on our side, working together for a common goal. That’s genuinely how to cultivate a healthy home and you have everything you need to make it happen! But let me help you out with a few tips.
