When I first became an entrepreneur I did everything on my own, mainly because I thought I was a failure for hiring help. If you have been following my entrepreneurial journey for any amount of time, you know that I now preach the exact opposite of this and always encourage people to hire out help, but when that isn’t possible, there are ways to successfully run all the things all on your own!
Chances are if you’re an entrepreneur you are either running your show or you did at one point in time. I want to be really transparent here. Sometimes you don’t always get to hear or see the behind the scenes or “how they got there” because either business owners aren’t sharing that or they just don’t want to talk about it.
If you’re a business owner and you’re a one woman show, 97% of the entrepreneurs out there started out just like you. Heck, some might still be running solo. So go ahead and release yourself from any guilt you may feel for not doing things the way they do. You simply cannot compare your start to their middle!
In this episode you’ll hear all about:
- Running a business on your own
- Ways to successfully run your own show
- Finding and accepting help when you need it
And if running it on your own gets to be too much, be sure to check out my future episode where I chat all about who to hire and knowing when it’s time to hire them!
Whether you are a one woman show or you have an entire army of employees behind you, I hope you always remember this:
You are worthy. You are capable. And your purpose is needed here!
