I know the feeling. The first of the year rolls around and you are on fire to do great things. But as the end of January approaches, you start to lose steam and question everything. Not knowing when it’s time to pivot.
Am I right? Have you felt this before? That feeling that you need to change course but also feeling like the year just started and it can’t possibly be time to change the game already.
If you’re in the same boat, I have some encouragement for you! There is nothing wrong with pivoting and changing your plans before tackling your first set! When something feels too challenging or the work feels like too much before you even start, maybe it’s time to pivot.

When you’re experiencing any of these things, maybe it’s time to try something you’ve never tried before. Maybe it’s time to join a community that’s been there, done that, and knows exactly what it’s like. Maybe it’s time to say you can’t do it alone anymore. Maybe it’s time for a little training and education to teach you everything you should be doing. Maybe it’s simply time to scratch your original plans and start new. Even before the calendar turns to February.
Whatever the pivot looks like, don’t be afraid to change what you’ve always done.
