Living in such an online world and staying competitive means staying in front of as many people as possible. And I totally get how important that is to business owners, but I have a confession to make. 

Constantly worrying about my online presence stresses me out. I mean, I get it,  more followers mean more eyes on your brand, and more eyes on your brand means more sales in your pocket, but when it costs you your peace, I have to believe that it’s too expensive. 

I have spent a lot of time in the past year reevaluating my presence in an online world and I have had to create a few boundaries that allow me to show up from a place of peace and not obsess over the interaction and following count. And what I found was you can absolutely grow your following without losing your mind.
