Okay, now that you have that guide downloaded, let’s get down to why you’re here. You want to hear all about your hidden talents and how you can use them to elevate your business and run it with confidence, don’t you? 

Well, types 6-9, you’re in luck because today is all about you! Let’s take a look!

Type 6: Trust

I love how Enneagram Sixes jump in head first, trusting in the process and believing it will work in their favor! 

Not only is it important to trust in the things you are doing to grow your business, but trusting your co-workers, employees, and customers will take so much stress out of your day to day. 

Enneagram Sixes have this beautiful ability to see the best in any situation and that especially comes in handy when things don’t feel like they’re going your way. 

If you are an Enneagram Six, keep trusting yourself, your business model, your team, and your customers. It may not feel like it to you because it is so easy to do, but this hidden talent of trust will keep you going on the hard days and beyond! 

Type 7: Excitement 

Where are all of my Sevens? I know you are waving your hands in the air and cheering right because you love to bring the excitement! 

And I have to tell you, staying excited when it comes to working is a super power I believe every human wishes is inside of them! It is such a gift to have the ability to keep the fun alive in all circumstances and this hidden talent of excitement will turn anyone’s business into the hottest thing on the market. 

Consumers are drawn to excitement. It pulls them in and makes them want to stay, so if you are an Enneagram Seven, I hope your shine never dulls in order to play it safe. Stay positive, stay excited, stay exactly as you are and your business will flourish because of it. I promise. 

Type 8: Clarity 

An Enneagram Eight is very clear on what they want and how they want it to happen and this is life for running a business. 

They don’t question or second guess. They don’t do things halfway and then decide that wasn’t the right way or they really didn’t want to do it anymore. They get things done and they are the perfect person to have on your side and within your business. 

If you are an Enneagram Eight, can you come work on my team? Hahaha. But seriously. We admire your ability to be direct and concise when it comes to running your business. It will save you so much time and give you so much freedom to know you made a decision and you have what it takes to carry it through! 

Type 9: Composure 

As a fellow Enneagram Nine, my gut instinct to read that my hidden talent is composure is to say, “no way, I’m a mess.” But honestly, that simply isn’t true.

Enneagram Nines are completely composed in most scenarios simply because we want everyone else in the room to be happy and feel comfortable. So we always seem to summon up our composure and get the job done in order to never inconvenience anyone else. 

This is such a crucial skill to have when running a business because there are so many things that can throw you off of your game and make you want to throw in the towel. But if you can remain calm and composed, you won’t let those feelings of panic get to you.

If you are an Enneagram Nine, be proud of your ability to stay composed. Let it help you make sound decisions and remain calm in stressful situations. Your business won’t be able to be shaken and neither will you. 

If you are on a mission to know yourself better in order to run a successful business, I hope this has helped you not only identify the hidden talents of yourself, but also the talents of your co-workers, employees, and ideal clients. Knowing where someone thrives will always help you understand how to help them work and love them well and this includes yourself!
