I don’t know that you would really call this a confession because if you know me personally this doesn’t come as a surprise, but I am absolutely and introvert when it comes to life and business. That doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy being around people and connecting and joining in community, but it does mean that I need my space to be alone and recharge after moments of high interaction. If I don’t get this time to decompress, I tend to feel paralized in the things that need to be down and struggle to keep pushing forward. It took me a while to learn how to thrive in high energy environments and give myself what I needed to get back into a healthy mindset, but once I took the time to learn more about how I work and what I need to be successful, I feel completely at peace in most situations. 

So let’s talk about introverts and extroverts, shall we? This is so important to talk about, especially when you work with other people, but also because knowing how you get recharged is key so that you know how to set boundaries for yourself.
